TODAY’S LIFE
“YOGA”– An ancient and oldest form
of exercise which evolved thousands of years back in the Indian Culture, and is
being practiced since then continuously. Yoga contains different exercises and
activities to keep a person fit and to get rid of various diseases &
inabilities. Yoga also considered as a strongest method for meditation which
helps in relaxation of mind and body.
Yoga is a practice that works on
eight levels of development in the areas of mental, physical, spiritual and
social health. It helps to physical health is intact and make mind is clear and
concentrated.
The yoga science of India is
celebrated as International Yoga Day in all over the world. India has given many
such methods to the world which are valuable in themselves. It has become very
difficult to live a healthy and disease-free life in this mundane life of
today. Due to unnatural eating, spoiled daily routine, are making us all face
healthy problems.
But if we want, we can keep
ourselves healthy and well by doing yoga regularly for some minute. Looking at
today's time, when we do not have time for ourselves, yoga has become very
important in life.
